Requires : python, rpm-python, rpm >= 0:4.1.1, libxml2-python, pygtk2 >= 2.0 <{POST_SNAPBACK}> because it wasn't themed with the gtk2 theme I thought it was old gtk1.2, not thinking that it was running as root, and root hasn't set a theme.
