As long as the image did not cause a political debate to erupt (which it didn't) then it's in line with the guidelines. Jokes are permissible, as always. I'd rather have a Core Duo, but my boss is giving me his, and he's getting a new one. Bummer. At least this Centrino *should* be faster than my Celeron 1.8GHz with 512MB of ram (I hope).
