      Mandriva Official Documentation

Official documentation for extant versions of Mandriva can be found at doc.mandriva.com.   Documentation for the latest release may take some time to appear there. You can install all the manuals from the main repository if you have Mandriva installed - files are prefixed mandriva-doc.

      Forum software upgrade   10/29/17

So you may have noticed the forum software has upgraded !!!
A few things that have changed. We no longer have community blogs (was never really used) We no longer have a portal page.
We can discuss this, and decide whether it is needed (It costs money) See this thread: Here

Gnome 2.12 is released!

Recommended Posts

The question is where to find the rpms for Mandriva 2006 or older versions.
Right now you will have to build them yourself. :P

Anyone else notice how slow it is?

Yeah... It's like running 16 instances of azureus. I thought it was just buggy when I tried the beta, but now the final is here and it's still slow as hell I'll be sticking to openbox from now on.

dependency....you could remove it by force, but I don't know how that would effect stability ...but I just may have to find out :furious3:

Hmm.. you could ask the Gnome developers if it will affect stability. They should know...
