nice list! i've used some of those but not all. and soulse it'll be mostly css 2. for some of those cool effects, check out the menu at www.I-Kubed.org . In only works in mozilla currently :( but konqy 3.2 should have improved css support :) edit:: stupid period

you prolly still have the old openoffice rpms from mandrake installed. To run 1.1 go to the openoffice directory in your home folder. anf the setup pdf is supposed to be real good. at least that's what i hear

what were the huge improvements from RC4 to RC5? i have RC4 and it is pretty stable. actually i haven't had any problems with it at all

cooker has rpms, and will always have new rpms for new stuff that's in main. Currently it's frozen so there will be no new packages until it' s unfrozen (when 9.2 is released). As it stands therfore cooker is theoretically 9.2

yup. i've gotten it to work. upgrade was from 9.0 to 9.1 so upgrade isn't broken. it just has degrees of working. the more recent the distro the better the upgrade (i would assume since it worked well w/ 9.0 -> 9.1).

can you use php? if so i can help. all you do is write the form like you normally do and have php mail you the info using mail(). if you have php i'll get into specifics later. If not i'll rehash my rusty cgi knowlegde for yah :mystismiles:

i totally agree with the man. i don't think we should be so quick to put up the isos. it's not like there's some pressing need for people to get them. Build up expectation, let 'em want it more then break out the boxes and isos at the same time.
