SurfahBoy808
after doing a search at http://freshmeat.net, the 2 highest rated gnutella based p2p was Qtella and Mutella. Both had high ratings. Mutella has a nice ass gui. if not, you could try running kazaa or imesh in wine. Darkelve
Limewire is most Kazaa-like. Very easy to install and use as well. I'd recommend it for people used to Kazaa. Then again, I never used the other alternatives a lot.
plati
I currently use giFT Basically you download and compile the engine, then you download and compile the frontend for it. There are several different frontends, ranging from GTK2 to terminal GUI's. Theres a good range of files on offer and I havent had a problem with it. sitor
If you have PLF added to your sources, you should have quite some to choose from. Apollon (not sure about the spelling) is good. It is a GUI for GIFT. No need for compiling or other difficult stuff if you install from PLF source. Ciao, Sitor
