chris:b
I am using Konqueror. Sometimes Nautilus for a quick access to smb shares, which does not work in KDE. Today I remembered that I heard of a file manager Win Explorer like, lol. xfe - I could not find a mandrake rpm. And because I am willing to learn compiling stuff and building rpm's, I downloaded the sources of xfe-0.54 blabla. Compiled, and made a rpm with checkinstall. I had to install libfox.something from contrib. It looks like this: http://home.tiscali.nl/berenstraat/mdktest/xfe2.jpg It works. It's fun building rpm's :D Anyone feels like testing my first rpm? It's only 470 kb to download: http://home.tiscali.nl/berenstraat/mdktest...-1anna.i386.rpm Build on a MDK 9.1 P4 system, you may need to install a libfox, install with urpmi works for me on my system. But please: I made the rpm for fun and for learning - not because I think xfe is great.
