ilia_kr
Hi there, For some reason some of the windows in Gnome do not show correctly a selected theme. For example when using T-ish theme and border, all is fine except YaST's windows. I guess it is somehow related to GTK-1 or GTK-2 issue. Need you help on this. Thanks. Artificial Intelligence
Is Yast using GTK2 or GTK2 widgets?

Reiver_Fluffi
IIRC YaST uses qt, not GTK
ilia_kr
IIRC YaST uses qt, not GTK I don't think so. YaST looks ok with Clearlooks but doesn't look well with any other theme from gnom-look.org It looks like Windows 98 while everything else looks as it should. Artificial Intelligence
Couldn't it be qt gtk2 convert instead of gtk2?
scarecrow
AFAIK Yast is using QT3. I guess that if you run "qtconfig" you will find out what theme your qt3 is using. Just take care to open "qtconfig" for QT3, not QT4. If you say it looks like windows98, then the stock qt3 "windows" theme is loaded.
ilia_kr
What ever YaST is using, why doesn't it show a theme? Because gtk-qt engine can't render that specific theme? What are my options then? Edited November 10, 2008 by ilia_kr
