jsanders85
/dev/hda1 / ext3 defaults 1 1 /dev/hda6 /home ext3 defaults 1 2 none /proc proc defaults 0 0 /dev/hda5 swap swap defaults 0 0 /dev/hdb1 /media/Secondary40Disk ntfs-3g defaults,locale=en_US.UTF-8 0 0 Is it mounted in: /media/Secondary40Disk? If so can I mount it somewhere else?
ianw1974
Yes, you can open the icon for browsing your home directory, and then go to /media/Secondary40Disk to gain access to your files. Alternatively, open the computer icon instead of home, and then you can pick the disk from here I would have thought, at least the mount point. jsanders85
Ok I found the secondary disk in my filesystem, but the icon for my secondary disk is a file, and it says the disk is only 4.7gig, and that there is nothing in it. But when I go to look at the disk partions in mounting points it lables the drive as 74gig. Did I do something wrong?

scarecrow
If the mount point /computer does not exist then create it (as root), and mount manually (or reboot) If it's not mounted again, then try doing it from console: mount /dev/hdb1 and pass here the error messages.
