When an ad or person says, concerning a resume, "send it in .doc format", that's what they mean. In most cases if you send it in any other format it won't even be opened, so why bother? save it in rtf and then change the extension to .doc. if the recipient is that technically stubborn (or misinformed) then he/she wont know the difference. :#: ciao! I'm not requesting it be locked, only that I am done with it if they need to lock it.
