You do realize that this board is not associated with Mandriva other than providing community-based support for their products, correct? Ixthusdan Posted March 28, 2007 Report Share Posted March 28, 2007 I wish you the best. My question which I communicated to them more than 5 years ago has still not been answered nor acknowledged. I also had 1 year free support. I use Linux generally and Mandriva specifically because of the community. While I wish it were otherwise, I cannot honestly recommend Mandriva for support. They have some fine people, some of whom even post here from time to time. But the issue is a company problem and not a problem with their employees.
