johnnyv Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 for realistic fps you wouldn't go for ut2003 :wink: the quake3 mod Urban Terror is a good one www.urbanterror.net another quake3 realism mod is Navy Seals www.ns-co.net there is a unreal based game called Tactical Ops - i have this but i prefer Urban Terror And there is always RTCW multiplayer for WW2 style play. Personally i dislike the constant bunny hopping, and the graphics are not as nice, also i like it in Urban Terror when you shot someone in the leg they can't immediatly run. Still the grenade launcher is pretty good when you have it, and the fly bug was funny. in regards to gg4 Yes you have to buy quake3 to install the mods. MadHattr Posted March 24, 2003 Report Share Posted March 24, 2003 Though urban terror is nice, i also find it to be a little cartoonish and the models walk funny :lol: as far as a counter-strikeish game goes i think tactical ops is a better bet than urban terror. and the graphics id say are about the same as urban terror. but all and all they are both good games. And if you're into it, there's Western Quake 3 as well. I really can't wait for the UnWheel mod for Unreal Tournament 2003... It's a racing mod... looks cool.
