Guest RickoT
:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D Well! After about 6 days of playing with Mandrake 9.0, I couldnt do a darn thing about geting my nVidia GeForce2 Go card to work at any resolution higher than 640x480... I tried about a thousand different solutions that I found on the web (google groups, yahoo searches, and even some linux message boards) and after all that, I come across THIS post, the link with all of the Mandrake RPM's that are "unoffically" released worked Awsome, now I can look at squintravision at 1600x1200!!!!! THANKS!!!!

bvc
http://mdkextras.by-a.com/ You only need the above if you are installing 9.0. Otherwise you can get drivers at nvidia.com You'll need a NVIDIA_kernel rpm and NVIDIA_GLX rpm. Spend a little time reading the README. It'll save you time and headache. http://download.nvidia.com/XFree86_40/1.0-...2960/README.txt A lot of new users to linux are successful with this http://mdkxp.by-a.com/htm/tutorials/nvidiacli.php
