RedTurtle
I installed MDK 9.2 but since the installation process didnt recognized my usb mouse i switched to PS/2, wich went fine, and finished installing. The problem is, i cant keep it like that, i need to have the keyboard/mouse plugged by usb, but, sadly the mouse doesnt work. i've tried chaging the configuration in everyway possible but it still doesnt move, the strange thing is that the keyboard, wich is connected the exact same way, works perfectly. its a microsoft weirless mouse/keyboard combo. any ideas fellas? bvc
unless you saved the info you'll need to boot with it plugged in via usb and tell us the output of lsmod, the contents of /etc/modules.conf, and /etc/X11/XF86Config-4. Also, what mouse exactly?

sandrokottos
This sounds oddly similar to my problem with a Genius Optical Office mouse/keyboard combo - see thread posted today (8th December) -- Sandrokottos
