Have dual boot, WinXP and Man 9.1. Computer boots to

either one. Man9.1 doesn't get to internet, see my usb

printer, harddrive, burner. Wish there was better

instructions in the manual. WinXP has books and manuals

that are thicker than a big city phone book and walk you

through problems. I have not seen any for Mandrake.

Very disappointed in their claim to easy install. If it was

the only operating system on the computer, the computer

would be useless.

Welcome to the MUsb !

Buddy, you have come to the right place for knowledge. There is plenty of documentation that comes on the disks, but first you got to find them (they are called man docs) and second they can be a bit hard to understand ;)

I would suggest beginning with our FAQ forum here (link in my sig below). Lots of good stuff there.

Anything else you would like to know, just ask.

I had xp and 9.1 dual boot, no problems. usb devices take some configuration sometimes. Remember, usb was a microblast brain child, and any other operating system is invading enemy territory when accessing it. That means that other os's, including linux, must "figure it out." If ms had their way, they would try to prevent other os's from utilizing usb!!
