Steve Scrimpshire
I just got the above-mentioned laptop and install went smooth except for it locking up while loading the firewire module. A quick Google search turned up running install with linux noauto fixed that problem and I have no firewire devices anyway, so no worries. The one problem I do have though is that the touchpad scroll doesn't work. I can set the mouse up as a generic PS/2 wheel mouse and cicking the left-right buttons together get me the third button emulation, but I still cannot scroll. Any ideas? Steve Scrimpshire
Well, all of a sudden, it just started working. Cool. Now if I could figue out the copy/paste trick with a touchpad, I'll be happy.
