I tried driver 1.0-4365 but the game crashed when I try to sprawn, updated to driver 1.0-4496 and the problem went away. I would advise against paying online and downloading the ISO. My download crapped out on me and now I have to wait to see how I am going to get the image that I just paid 40 bucks for. I did email support regarding the crapped out download, but I just have to wait now. Guess this is what I get for being too impatient :)

The support was excellent and fast in response to my initial email. Now I am going to install and check the game out:)
ShadowFoxLSU
I downloaded the demo (I finally have money to buy games again) but I got an AGP error. Saying to make sure it is compiiled in the kernel. Strange ET works fine...
FX
I played it the first time that it came out and never really understood it. I may download again and try it some more. FX

I'm guessing you are using a motherboard with a VIA chipset and an nvidia driver older than 5336. Am I right? the 5336 is supposed to fix random AGP errors with via shipset mobo's. Give it a try
