MottS
nmblookup is part of samba-client. So if you type urpmi samba-client as root, this program will be installed  MOttS

bvc
To answer your other question.....you could have found that out with urpmf nmblookup and can actually look for a file w/path like urpmf /usr/lib/lib.so to find the pkg with lib.so. Urpmf is very useful for resolving deps.
