I am on the "global SPAM-list", but WHY??

Ok, i got an answer from "blitzed" and they turned the IP "dynamic" what will prevent (I'll hope so) this happening again.

 

But for trying out, i "nmap"ed my server and found out following:

..113/tcp    closed      auth.. auth should be turned on for your Mail Server

 

Do i have to? In xinetd? But it is NOT mentioned in xinetd....

 

This question is because i am not sure about what the "auth" server is for and which daemon it is....
