rpmdrake and urpmi dump

I have been unable to update my system for some time now using urpmi or rpmdrake. I have done an rpm rebuild and still no luck. If I update at the command line urpmi starts to download and core dumps. If I use rpmdrake it starts to update and then freezes. Any ideas?

Which version are you using? Which repos did you add?

The mirror you have picked is awfully slow for me... I get all sorts of timeouts.

There are a couple of working 2006 mirrors. A working one:

ftp://distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr/pub/...ial/2006.0/i586

But it wouldn't be there for long, I warn you- version 2006 is obsolete/unsupported.
