MottS Posted October 25, 2002 Report Share Posted October 25, 2002 Well, I didn't try other driver than Cups. I got problems printing after installing mandrake 9 and I tryed the turboprint one but it turns out to be a firewall problem. Since then, I reinstalled mandrake and didn't install turboprint so .. to make a long story short .. I didn't try anything else than Cups. For speed now. I didn't print that much exept the 'test' page and a couples of text pages but I didn't notice any difference. Ie., the speed mostly the same. Sorry..
