jilax13 Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 (edited) I am getting a Netgear WG511 V.2 54Mbps Wireless PC Card 32-bit Cardbus for wireless networking. It is on the ndiswrapper list of compatible cards. Is the preinstalled version of ndiswrapper okay? Does it work right? Do I need to reinstall ndiswrapper if I am currently using Mandriva One Spring? Greg2 Posted April 27, 2007 Report Share Posted April 27, 2007 The ndiswrapper version in the 2007.1 repos is 1.21, so that's probably what you have. The latest stable version is 1.42, so there would be improvements with the latest version. I would suggest you try the one you have first, and see if it works out for you. Then if you have any problems try the latest version.
