spinynorman Posted April 20, 2007 Report Share Posted April 20, 2007 Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday signed a broad cross-licensing agreement with close partner Samsung Electronics Co. that includes a controversial provision granting the Korean electronics conglomerate rights to patents that Microsoft claims have been illegally borrowed by the Linux operating system. Should we be doing something to cover our posterior? personally I'm not worried but I do think it's getting close to the time when the community should be bolstering the defenses and keeping an eye for the enemy coming over the hill.
