Gul Dukat
Hi, I've installed Mandriva 2007.1 "Spring", but I was wondering what sources I need to add to my urpmi? As there are only sources for 2007 on easy-urpmi. Are there gonna be 2007.1 sources available, later this week when 2007.1 goes public? Thanks in advance. mystified
As soon as 2007.1 goes public I will rsync with zarb.org and the mirror sources should show up.
Gul Dukat
As soon as 2007.1 goes public I will rsync with zarb.org and the mirror sources should show up. Ah oke. That's what I thought. Then I will have to wait a couple of days, before it goes public. B.t.w. Mandriva 2007.1 "Spring" looks great.
ffi
I changed 2007.0 to 2007.1 and all packages appear to be online, since Saturday already ( I am using the french ditrib-coffee mirror, one of the most up to date mirrors). 2007.1 does appear to be good, a lot of annoying bugs from 2007 have been fixed and I haven't found any new ones introduced so far. jboy
EasyUrpmi is not yet configured for 2007.1, but for now you could use this: http://www.mandrivauser.de/smarturpmi/ It has the 2007.1 sources for all the repositories - main, contrib, updates, backports, non-free, plf, etc.
Gul Dukat
Great, thanks. But why do they have 2007.1 sources and for example Easy-urpmi not? At least for the moment.
dexter11
Easyurpmi is an independent project just like us.
