I am attepting to install OpenVPN and Lzo 2.02 and I can't get the make file to run. Anybbody have any ideas why? The instructions below are simple. Here is the error message I get back.

[root@localhost lzo-2.02]# make

-bash: make: command not found

[root@localhost lzo-2.02]#

Quick start

./configure

make

make check

make test (run a full test)

make install (when logged in as root)

The wiki works for me too.

 

Whilst you're trying to install openvpn with urpmi it may be a good idea to install make and gcc if you want to install packages from source. However, I would advise that whenever possible to go for the urpmi solution :D
