spider200 Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 i have just installed the tar.bz2 file, which is a theme and i complied and installed it in terminal. Now though, i want to use and imploy the theme but when i go to theme manager i don't see the theme, so how do I use the theme or rather how do i apply it so is used on my desktop ???? i know it is a basic question but i have having a bit of trouble.. thanks for the help. daniewicz Posted December 20, 2005 Report Share Posted December 20, 2005 If you are using KDE, you should probably install the theme using the Theme Manager under Apperance & Themes from the Control Center. Reiver_Fluffi Posted December 21, 2005 Report Share Posted December 21, 2005 Doubt it's GNOME, there's no need to compile a theme unlike with KDE.
