Guest Wolfi3
Just downloaded and installed Mandriva and I hoping to get the internet up and running on it, but I have to go through a home network which uses an adapter which plugs into the USB port. Linux is recognising it as a scanner?! Is there any way of getting it working? I'll provide further details if people need them. Thanks
crazyspongebob
I wonder if you know how to use ndiswrapper, which loads winblow$ driver. Have you done any google search regarding your network card? Post hardware specs and model. JT
ianw1974
Does your BT ADSL have anything other than a USB adapter? If it has an ethernet connection, you'd be better using this. But as bob says, post specs of PC, and more info on the ADSL router/modem.
michaelcole
Is it one of those Alcatel Speedtouch devices? Little green or silver frogs under your desk? To really help we need the brand model and any other distingushing marks on the device. Like revision or version numbers..
