Jza
Back in Mandrake 9.1 I heard about ZeroConf about using it for the complete Mandrake network. It was the same time of Rendevous in the Apple. However I havent heard or read any tutorial on how to set it up Anyone has documentation not just on the protocol but some practical tutorials about doing the things exected frmo a network. - Share services - Share files - Talk to other machines - Extensibility - Manageability
Qchem
Apple have renamed it bonjour (for legal reasons). A quick search for apple bonjour seems to generate a lot of hits that look potentially useful.
