MoonChild
I have some images under my ~/public_html/cgi-bin/albums/ directory to be viewed by an image gallery script. My problem is... I get an Error 500 when I try to view them (not from script, from image file). I checked the error log, and it seems it's trying to process the .jpg images as cgi scripts. I don't know how to correct it. Any ideas by anyone?
AA
Whats the link so that we can see for ourselves for one. 9 out of 10 times when I've had issues like that it has been permissions on the files themselves. make sure you've enabled read access to "other" on the file. MoonChild
It's not permission problems. It's world readable. It must be some way Apache handles directives, because all the files in that directory are treated as cgi and not as the file type they are

MoonChild
Why do you need the URL for? Error code 500 From apache log: Premature end of script headers on /~user/cgi-bin/image.jpg
