ITLogic()
Hello. I want to put some kind of wirless adapter in my computer with Mandrake so I can connect to my network. I found this PCI card from D-Link for a good price: DWL-520 Air Wireless 2.4GHz PCI Adapter, 802.11b I looked it up in the hardware compatability database at mandrake.org for Mandrakelinux 10.0. It didn't find any information about any D-Link wirless components. Can anyone make a good guess if this hardware will work with Mandrake? Thanks! devries
I think you need a newer kernel than that came with Mandrake 10. Go with Mandrake 10.1. It should work.

ITLogic - Have a look around on the forum, there are many threads on decent wireless cards.
