laudire
Hi everyone! I have just installed Mandrake 9.0 on a PenthiumIII, 500 Mhz with 15 Gbs for Windoze and the rest for Linux. I have downloaded and installed the latest version of Mozilla in home/rejean/mozilla/ but when I try to copy the icon on the desktop it tells me that it cannot find the file or something like that. Is there a way around? More important is that I downloaded Firefox but I cannot install it. During the installation I get the following message: error [618] Couldn't open xpistub library. Any suggestion anyone? P.S. Where can I read about these errors and find out a solution. Thanks in advance. Réjean -
Jet2k5
I would try to download the rpm thrue urpmi, urpmi mozilla-firefox If you don't have sources get them from out FAQ section, I believe it's called " Solving urpmi dependensies " or something like that. -Luis

laudire
Hi Jet2k5 and spiedra! Thanks for your replies! I will try your solution. In the meantime I am downloading the following: firefox-0.9-i686-pc-javadesktopsystem2.tar.gz hoping that it might work. Thanks again.
