Guest treedstang
Ok I found a website named www.kde-look.org that had a lot of themes I would like to try on my system. As you already know Mandrake 10 came with KDE 3.2 and apparently they left out the theme manager for installing new themes. Could some one point me in the right direction for adding themes in Mandrake 10 KDE 3.2 Thanks
devries
The theme manager comes with KDE 3.3. However you can install individual windowdecorations and 'styles' (the way the buttons look, slidebars etc etc.) Most of these packages can be installed with urpmi (look in the faqs). If you see a windeco or style you like you give urpmi <name> and change the settings in the kde control center. Have fun
spiedra
Also themes from kde.org will come with instructions on ow to install them, but I agree to check urpmi first and if you don't find any you like then go with the other method.
