Guest inetman2
Hi. I am running Mandrake 10 on my desktop computer. I want a wireless card that I can install that will work right away after I configure the ESSID, etc. I don't want to have to do anything beyond that. I am open to suggestions for internal PCI devices and external USB ones. Thanks!
liquidzoo
Anything based on the Orinoco Gold or Prism chipsets will work flawlessly. Any others will work, they might just take some work. Go PCI over USB. Chances of getting it working are much better with a pci card. As for suggestions...sorry. All I have that's wireless is my pcmcia card for my laptop.
