Guest Athiril
Hello, I've been making a game in Dev-C++ with SDL (and Ogre3D for another project), there is no "windows only" code or headers used, I've got the Linux development SDL library as well, I was wondering if there is a tool for compiling into Linux code from Windows, ie: building on Windows for Linux, I've got Mandrake 9.3 CDs, dont have much free space on my hard drive at the moment, but I'd rather use Mandrake 10.0 (which I have'nt downloaded yet), I'd like to compile it for Linux from within Windows to showcase the sample I have running on Linux too.. rescue
Sorry a bit offtopic but. You can install linux over internet and I don't remember there been a mandrake 9.3 :)??
Guest Athiril
It was a typo, meant to say 9.2, but I still need a GCC comiler that runs on windows and compiles for Linux...
Darkelve
Gee... I can't recommend you a particular program, but perhaps it would help to check out the Mono and DotGNU websites. Those will probably more familiar with this kind of cross-platform thing.
iphitus
Mono is C#, not C/C++. Try mingw, or cygwin. Both GCC based, but im not sure how you would cross compile with em
