And as far as ebay, there are over 400 external modems listed. You should be able to find one on there reasonably priced that will ship international. As far as marketing. I can't speak for Mandrakesoft. Yeah they have made some slips on some of their marketing schemes (e-training, lost package) but as far as finding out what's included it only takes a little searching for the info.
