AA Posted December 1, 2002 Share Posted December 1, 2002 I cannot get my mouse wheel to work. If I use all the config tools, it doesnt work. It recognises the wheel as buttons. ie. Scroll up as a button and scroll down as a button. What my problem is, is that it does not scroll. If I am browsing a documant or web page, it doesnt scroll up and down. it kinda selects text on the screen. Can Some one help ?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

AA Posted December 1, 2002 Author Share Posted December 1, 2002 Linux can really piss me off sometimes. I fiddeled with the XF86Config file and then XF86Confid-4 file, with the mouse settings. Then ran drakxconf and re-selected my mouse again and suddenly this time round it works. who know. okay well to those who posted their advise.
