Currently running a 3D Rage IIC. I read here that it is useful to go with Nvidia for compatibility benefits, and would like to go with something fairly current but not bleeding edge (no gaming requirements what-so-ever). The Sparkle GeForce 8400GS seemed like a good solution - has anyone had any experience with the card, or is there a recommended alternate vendor ?
