I use 10 CE, and it's very stable, and all I had to do was to download updates (there's some minor things, like erasing the soundwrapper of XMMS and the balance color for video, but that's all)

photoshop: doublie-click on the layer to bring the effect menu, the thing I use most of the time (bevel,stroke, shadow, glow, apply textures and so on)

hmm...if I have to use a DE (I use Fluxbox for the most part now) I use KDE, but I'll try Gnome when 2.6 is out

What does photoshop have that gimp not? I mostly like the gimp because of the hebrew support.. easyness of use ;) and some fonctions that are better....

I like it...it doesn't compare yet with photoshop but...woah..it's near it :P

so recently I discovered gdesklets, wich is SO cool :D so I start the starterbar and a shortcut to nautilus appears...tht's cool. so I decide to add another. I do new starter and... nothing. nothing at all, it refuses to obey. I try to edit the nautilus starter, nothing too. but I can remove it :S

yup! it works perfectly, except the icons, but I made myself a nice menu so it's okay :D (I'll give a screen soon :D

sorry but I don't know what tip me means, I'm french so...but if it's like to copy you, I'd say no, I have the same thing on KDE, juste didn't know how to do it in Flux (in KDE it got this way automatically) thank you for your time :D

thanks for your help! I have the mdk cooker version wich is 0.9x (the CVS had the same last time I checked) but it has a menu that was customized by mdk. I set the wallpaper using the .cfg of my theme but if there is an other way, please let me know :P

How can I change the wallpaper? I have some icons but...How can I change the image? how do I save my fbdesk settings so the icons stays after reboot? :P
