qmail troubles

I had qmail installed and configured and running properly, then all of a sudden, the permissions on /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject keep getting set to rwx--x--x, so I get 'there is no /var/qmail/bin/qmail-inject' when trying to run it as regular user until I chmod it again as root. Then I can't use it, because I get this error:

 

qmail-inject: fatal: qq trouble creating files in queue (#4.3.0)

 

 

I've googled and didn't find a solution (In english, anyway). Any ideas?

 

Here's what I see in logs when I try to send as root (the message gets stuck in the queue):
