Ixthusdan
Are you already installed or are you getting ready to install? Generally, install windex first, linux last. The boot loader (grub or lilo) will find all os's and work.

Ixthusdan
Install linux to the free space or whatever area you plan to place it. When the time comes to install the bootloader, toward the end of the installation, simply allow it to do a default install. The bootloader will detect all three os's. The install program will let you check it prior to putting the bootloader on the drive. It should install to the mbr of hda.
