need n64 emulators for mandrake!!! and MAME!!

hi i was wondering if their is a working n64 emulator for mandrake 9.1??

 

like 1964 or project 64

 

also what plugins do you guys use to get it working good???

 

and is thier a version of mame that has GUI??

William, There is a Command line based N64 Emulator, it's called TrueReality, here is the RPM Discription:

 

TrueReality is a portable, GPL'ed Nintendo 64 (N64) emulator. It basically allows you to play most games designed for the N64 game system on your PC or Workstation.

 

For a GUI frontend for MAME, there is GXMAME, both are available from Penguin Liberation Front, and Easy urpmi, the website is http://plf.zarb.org/ There is instructions on how to set it up. Hope this helps.

hmmmm TR64 it quite outdated, and doesn't work very well, there is a n64 emulator called mupen64 which is currently being worked on, and its the best around for linux, for more info visit www.ngemu.com/n64
