Guest acedip Posted October 3, 2008 Share Posted October 3, 2008 i recently downloaded mandriva one kde spring 2008 .iso , burned it and ran the cd. after the booting screen and u can see it unpacking but after its finished, the screen blanks out and nothing happens after that. When the screen blanks press Alt+Ctrl+F1, then log in as root: localhost login: root Open: drakx11 reconfigure your card and choose the Xorg VESA driver (or if you have a Nvidia card choose the Xorg nv driver).
