iphitus
Hello Please forgive me for demanding but i need a list of dependencies for these particular RPMs in the next 48 hours. GAIM .65 BlueFish (the one on mandrake contrib) Mozilla 1.4 (the one on texstar) Gkrellm (latest mandy rpm) Gkrellm Skins (latest mandy rpm) Evolution 1.4 (anywhere) Mplayer (any recent) MplayerGUI (any recent) Xine 0.9 Xine-UI 0.9 Xine DVDnav and D5D Fluxbox (the one on mandrake) Fluxconf Gtk-gnutella (not essential) KDE Networking (one for 9.1) tuxracer xpdf I'm going to be downloading and burning these for a friend (he just joined, mv) Unfortunately, these HAVE to be downloaded on a WindexXP machine. I am going to burn these, and their deps to a disc for him. Again sorry to demand. It's important i get as much of the RPMs as possible before the 31st. Gowator
Some of those are pretty involved ... Are you running KDE base .... for instance. Its the deps of the deps that'll catch ya. If this is for the single CD and your truly in a rush you might consider a couple of static rpm's (eeks did I really say that). Did you get my RPM list I posted on the website ?? iphitus
No, i'm planning to download these for mv and burn them for him. I only have mdk 9.1 and his new mandrake system is a little short on software. I just wanted to download the packages and any deps that are not on the CD1 burn them and also write a bash script to install them. Its also so i don't have to download all the software i use each time i reinstall. The most important ones are Mozilla 1.4 Evolution 1.4 (anywhere) Mplayer (any recent) MplayerGUI (any recent) Xine 0.9 Xine-UI 0.9 Xine DVDnav and D5D Fluxbox (the one on mandrake) Fluxconf KDE Networking (one for 9.1) I'm also going to give him OOo 1.1rc2 and RTCW enemy territory. But these aren't RPMs James
iphitus
Oh and the RPM list? I haven't got that yet. I only got home from school a couple of hours ago and have homework to do. Maybe tonight? If it's over 10mb it might have to wait until the 1st August (brilliant month) James
