qeldroma
If i put the "sticky" property in kde to gkrellm or xmms, he starts as many instances of the app as virtual screens at next login
spiedra
How about if you do gkrellm -w in your autostart folder in .kde?
fuzzylizard
What does the -w do?
spiedra
The -w option, makes it sit in the slit and makes it traverse through virtual desktops.
qeldroma
...and you can change this bit in the "Options"... I mean not only gkrellm. By the way, this flag didn't help on my machine, he didn't change anything, as i tried it.
spiedra
Darn! I believe somewhere in kcontrol there is an option to make screens traverse all desktops, but then that would affect all windows. I'm sure there is some option you can do in the autostart, but I don't know what that would be. I'm sure someone does. :)
qeldroma
Oh, the way for "activating" is clear. Rightclick on the tab, and there's a flag, "on all workplaces". But exactly THERE'S the problem: It works fine, if i activate it, but if i "save session" on exit and log in again, he doesn't share one instance again on all desktops, but starts an instance in EVERY desktop!! Sorry, my english is not the best sometimes, seems to me i was misunderstandable...
