Steve Scrimpshire
We need way more info. Several modems use the Itex chipset. Is it an Alcatel PCI aDSL modem? Is it a dialup modem? Is it a serial modem? PCI? ISA? What does Windows say that it is? (If you are dualbooting) Have you checked to see if it is even supported? Does it show up in harddrake? Steve Scrimpshire
It's okay. Let me do a search. I think I had found something. Edit: Back with more info. Unfortunately, it is not good news. It looks like people were discussing it here: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/history/29381 only to discover that it didn't work. It looks like one of those people is phazeman with mandrake 9.0. There is a phazeman registered here, and if it's the same person and if he got it working, he should respond to this topic.
