tyme
http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,3959,1123176,00.asp the short and skinny: someone inside SCO says SCO/Caldera copied Linux code into Unix System V (maybe that's where those 80 lines of code showed up?) zero0w
It's time to put GPL to test, and make SCO swallow its own fruit.
sarah31
SCO=stupid computer organization. suing to make money for a dying business will only put them out of business faster. but what do you expect from SCO/Caldera? these fools could not keep their heads above water even if they were filled with helium. Pzatch
I just hope its true. Wouldn't that mean that M$ incorporated the same code as SCO then afterwards licensed SCO's copy to cover their backsides? I want this to go to court now just to see what comes out. VeeDubb
I love it. The idiot's forgot they stole the code then sued when they realized there was overlapping code. What a bunch of retards. You know, there's a halfway house on my street for the mentaly disabled, and there is one particularly disabled gentleman there who drools a lot and likes to stand behind the screen dor naked, and I don't think he's that dumb. tyme
I love it. The idiot's forgot they stole the code then sued when they realized there was overlapping code. Thing is, most of the people who worked there when that was happening don't work there anymore. The head huncho's probably have no clue that this happened. when the code finally gets looked at by people who know the kernels, we'll find out where it really came from. DOlson
I love it. The idiot's forgot they stole the code then sued when they realized there was overlapping code. What a bunch of retards. LOL! So true. Let's hope this turns around on SCO (and hopefully somehow on Microsoft) and bites them where the sun don't shine. Or something.
