mindwave
finally got a powered USB hub for my linux box last night and tried to hook up this scanner. now i know its not the fanciest thing going, but its always worked in other OS's. unfortunately SANE says no scanner found. any ideas would be appreciated. Reiver_Fluffi
I have the same scanner, I have never got it working with any flavour of Linux.
Greg2
According to this old bug report: Bug# 8173 This was fixed in 11-08-2004, with a patch to the sane-backends package. If you have the sane-backends package installed, check your /etc/sane.d/artec_eplus48u.conf file. You may find an option there to help you.
