hirohitosan
Hi there. I have a little problem to configure my video card. I have on my computer Windows and Mandriva. In W. I can set the screen resolution at 1152x864, 32b, 75Hz, but in Md (configure display) the maximum resolution is 1024x768 at 70Hz. How can I set my monitor at higher resolution. Thanks
ianw1974
This will be due to Mandriva and xorg not configuring your monitor correctly, or choosing a generic one that had a limit of 1024x768 when Mandriva was installed/configured. You can go into System/Configuration/Configure Your Computer and then go into Display Settings and select the correct monitor and maximum resolution supported by your monitor.
