Alright it's going right now, when is it safe to mount my windows partition again and is there any configuring I have to do to Wine now since it's not reading off an exisiting window's partition. And is there anyway to tell if it did it the way I want it to???

In the config file, I had to change only a few things, here is mine for you to look at and try. You can re-mount your windows anytime when wine is done installing.

The main things I changed were the paths for the cdrom and floppy, and also "DesktopDoubleBuffered" from "N" to "Y" (its about half way down the page here).

That should get you going, I think.

;; If you think it is necessary to show others your complete config for a

;; bug report, filter out empty lines and comments with

;; grep -v "^;" ~/.wine/config | grep '.'

;;

;; Each section has the following format:

;; [Drive X]

;; "Path"="xxx" (Unix path for drive root)

;; "Type"="xxx" (supported types are 'floppy', 'hd', 'cdrom' and 'network')

;; "Label"="xxx" (drive label, at most 11 characters)

;; "Serial"="xxx" (serial number, 8 characters hexadecimal number)

;; "Filesystem"="xxx" (supported types are 'msdos'/'dos'/'fat', 'win95'/'vfat', 'unix')

;; This is the FS Wine is supposed to emulate on a certain

;; directory structure.

;; Recommended:

;; - "win95" for ext2fs, VFAT and FAT32

;; - "msdos" for FAT16 (ugly, upgrading to VFAT driver strongly recommended)

;; DON'T use "unix" unless you intend to port programs using Winelib !

Alright when it is done I'll check it out, but it looks like you are still assigning the wine config file to look at your windows partition, is that what you want it to do???
