tyme
Gimmie, a gnome applet or panel replacement (whichever you prefer) has released version 0.2.1. I haven't gotten to play with it yet, but I plan to later tonight - it looks pretty sweet. From the site: Gimmie is a prototype attempt at making desktop task management simpler and more useful...This is the best description they had, but if you check out the screenshots you'll get the idea. Reiver_Fluffi
AI, did you have a look at the Ubuntu guide? I'm sure there was a mention of one in the comments. Finally got this working on Fedora 6, pretty stable, a couple of bugs, but avoideable (like don't click on Help>About Gnome, causes the app to crash)
