IP Address Subnet Gateway DNS entries Because if you can get to PC2 but no further, you have an ip routing problem. Either because of improper config on PC1 or ip_forward is not enabled on PC2. And this command: [ian@europa ~]$ cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward should have produced a result of a 0 (zero) or a 1 (one). If neither, ip forwarding is not enabled, and will stop you gaining access to the internet. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
